The space Our spacious villa is fully refurbished and features new furnishings, a stylish, ultra-modern kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds, 1 fold-out twin-sized bed in our third semi-bedroom which we call the "sunlight lounge", 3 bathrooms (2 with showers), heating and air-conditioning, free curbside parking just next to our home, a tasteful, modern living and dining area featuring a new working fireplace, and a large terrace with a fantastic view of the complex's gardens and communal pool. BEDROOMS Our home boasts 2 bedrooms + 1 semi-bedroom and space for sleeping up to 6 guests. Room 1: King-sized bed, a/c, brand new 45" LED Smart TV with over 120 multi-language channels, en-suite bathroom and shower, south-facing patio doors that open to terrace and pool view, security gate for night sleeping Room 2: King-sized bed, a/c, desk with garden views and USB/HDMI ports, bathroom with shower just outside the door Sunlight Lounge: Relaxing extra room with great afternoon sun, and which also has a comfortable pull-out sofa that can be converted into a small bed. In addition, a deluxe-model Pack 'N Play crib is available for sleeping babies and toddlers. Our guests also have access to the communal swimming pool and to all of the gardens, pavements and roads of Vila Sol Resort. In addition, guests with cars can park just next to our villa entrance, at no cost. Other things to note CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE To ensure that our villa is spotlessly clean and sterilised thoroughly, we follow Airbnb's "enhanced cleaning protocol," which was developed with expert guidance and under the recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Some highlights include: • We wait 24 hours between guests • We clean and sanitise high-touch surfaces, including door knobs • We dust, sweep and vacuum all floors • We thoroughly clean all hard surfaces (such as walls, floors and countertops) • We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies • We clean each room wearing protective gear to prevent cross-contamination • We wash all dishes and laundry thoroughly • We empty all rubbish bins and line them with fresh bags • We allow disinfectant to remain on surfaces for the suggested amount of time • We allow all surfaces that have been cleaned to air-dry • We clean and sanitise all outdoor areas completely before every stay • We provide a no-contact check-in • We provide extra cleaning supplies, so that you can clean during your stay • We comply with local laws and guidelines regarding safety, hygiene and cleanliness Note also that our guests can stay here without ever having to interact with any other people around.
