The house is situated 10-minute walk to one of the best surf beaches in NSW and the tranquil Cockrone lagoon. The house has 4 large bedrooms, 2 with en-suite, 1 with a King size bed, 3 with queen size beds. Two levels of living; upper level with 3 bedrooms, main bathrooms, study nook, powder room, impressive chef’s kitchen (Ilve, Smeg and Bosch appliances), open lounge dining area with a beautiful large dining table that opens onto a stunning alfresco deck with the amazing views. It’s a kid’s paradise on the lower level, the entertainment area comes fully equipped with 75in TV, arcade game (Pac-Man, Space Invaders, etc.), Foosball table and large sofa. Alfresco Deck and swimming pool with separate sun deck. The lower level also has a separate Guest room with en-suite and a laundry area with a washing machine. House has air-conditioning on the main living and kitchen are upstairs, also you can just open a window and the ocean breezes flow through all areas. Gas and electric heaters are available for the winter months. Professional Central Coast Council lifeguards patrol Copacabana Beach from Monday until Friday, during weekends and on public holidays these locations are patrolled by Surf Life Saving volunteers. Mermaids Copacabana is a perfect opportunity to view passing whales (spotting telescope on the upper level) during the winter months between late May and early August, the Humpback Whale can sometimes be seen migrating to warmer waters. The whales often come quite close to the coastline due to the northerly currents at this time of year. Fishing options include Copacabana beach, Macmaster’s rock platforms, and the lagoon.
