Our private two-story unit is the perfect base for your Queenstown adventure. Nestled in picturesque Arrowtown, you're just a 5-minute stroll to the main street, and a short drive ski fields and Queenstown. With modern decor, a cozy upstairs bedroom, private courtyard, and all the essentials, it's a stylish and peaceful retreat you'll never want to leave. This detached, two-level loft is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, just a 5-minute stroll from Arrowtown’s historic main street, scenic walking tracks, and the iconic gold mining village. The space is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy living area, sleek bathroom, and compact kitchenette. Upstairs, a comfortable bedroom awaits – perfect for a restful night after a day of adventure. Ideal for couples, this retreat comfortably sleeps two, but the open-plan living space makes it a great spot to invite a few friends over to relax and unwind. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, and all the cutlery and dinnerware you’ll need. Please note there’s no oven or stovetop – but your private courtyard features a BBQ for easy outdoor cooking on sunny days. Skiers and snowboarders will love the location: Coronet Peak is just 20 minutes away, The Remarkables about 30 minutes to the base, and Cardrona only 45 minute away. The shopping hub of Frankton is 15 minutes drive and downtown Queenstown is only a 30 minute drive. Stay cozy with a heat pump to keep things warm in the cooler months. Enjoy movie nights with the Smart TV (with Netflix) and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. With your own car park and a private courtyard to enjoy, this is a peaceful and perfectly located base to explore everything Arrowtown and the Queenstown Lakes region has to offer. Guest access The two-story unit is all yours to enjoy – there’s no access to the main house. You’re welcome to park in the gravel driveway right in front of the unit. If you have a taller vehicle, it may not fit under the beautiful blossom tree out front – in that case, feel free to park on the street. It’s a very safe and peaceful area. Other things to note Please no smoking inside the unit – you’re welcome to use the private courtyard outside. We generally do not allow pets. The bedroom features an A-frame roof, so just be mindful not to bump your head. Please note, the kitchen has no oven or stovetop – it includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, and mini fridge. For outdoor meals, there’s a BBQ available in the private courtyard. A Four Square supermarket is just across the road for all your essentials, and the bus stop is conveniently located right there as well.
