Small but cozy room in central town house. Tube and train stops to Central and North East London are just 5 min walk away (Westminster, Bond Street, Shoreditch). Parks, the scenic Thames Walk, cafes and supermarkets just 3-5 min walk away. Situated in a quiet road, this little gem in Canada Water is perfect guests who stay in London for weeks/months. We strongly prefer 2-3 month stays and mostly host males due to room size. Shorter stays possible between longer bookings The space The space is small but has everything you need. Make yourself at home and use the kitchen, dining room and lounge to relax You will be sharing with 2 young professionals (males in their late 30s) who are permanent tenants. Thus we strongly prefer male professionals of the same age, we rarely consider short lets unless it's between longer bookings Guest access Kitchen, bathroom, living room are all shared with the 2 other permanent tenants During your stay Housemates are around and happy to help Other things to note We strongly prefer guests who stay 2-3 months as we don't want our home to feel like a hostel. We expect guests to follow general house share etiquette such as cleaning after themselves. For this reason, we only rarely accept stays of less than 6 weeks, unless there is a gap between bookings. We cannot accept minors and we strongly prefer guests over 25 years of age with house share experience. Good AirBnB reviews are essential, Males in their 30s strongly preferred, short lets of less than a month only in between longer bookings
