Waterfalls and other lakes that offer fishing and water skiing nearby. Golf, white water rafting, zip lines and other outdoor activities within a 30 minute drive. The space You have the opportunity to rent one side with 3 bedrooms or both sides with a total of 6 bedrooms. Each side has a full kitchen, full bath, TV with satellite and washer and dryer. Canoe, kayak and row boat available for use. Enjoy swimming and fishing or a quiet evening around a fire. Firewood provide. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house or half of duplex. Other things to note No Wifi available. Cell service from some providers can be minimal. Bring your own flotation devices to float on the lake. This site does not recognize flexible pricing for a duplex on the same property. Once a reservation is made, both sides of the duplex are reserved. If you choose to rent both sides of the duplex the balance due for the second side at $150/night (no additional fees or taxes), will be collected at the time of check-in. Just notify the host that you will want both sides and it will be reserved. The site only charges for one side. If you simply need only one side then once a reservation is confirmed- one side is reserved with no additional charges.
