The Shed House; sleeps 8-14

The Shed House is a three story home offering stylish, spacious accommodation with the benefit of two Alpine Ski Resorts within driving distance from its doorstep. Nestled amongst native bushland in a quiet, secluded location down picturesque Simmonds Creek Road; it boasts breath taking views of Mount Bogong and is a 5 minute drive to the heart of Mount Beauty. For the skiers out there we are pleased to offer a 30% discount on ski hire at our Falls Creek business "Halley's Ski Hire". The space The Shed House is our family home outside the winter snow season. Beginning as a storage shed, we kept within the original dimensions of the property and built upwards; transforming it into a three level home that boasts spacious living, entertaining and sleeping areas surrounded by some of the most amazing views of the area. It is situated on 10 acres of native bushland and our friendly neighbours are a reasonable distance away providing a sense of seclusion and privacy. Each floor has access to its own bathroom with the bottom and top levels both containing a full sized bath and separate shower. The kitchen is situated on the open plan mid level floor. It contains modern cooking appliances, dishwasher, and there is no shortage of pantry and bench space. It opens out onto our 7m x 9m timber deck where you can take in the views! Each bedroom contains quality beds and mattresses; towels and linen are all provided. The lower level contains three bedrooms; one with two king sized bunk beds and the other two with a splittable king bed in each. The mid-level contains one bedroom with a splittable king bed and ensuite. The top level has two bedrooms with one containing a king sized bunk bed and the master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite and private balcony. The laundry is on the bottom floor and contains a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The office is also on the bottom floor and has a desk and printer with USB cable for connection to your device. NBN wifi runs throughout the entire house. We provide the option of locking some of the bedrooms off allowing smaller groups to book at a reduced rate.
