The place is exclusive to you! We must say though that if you're looking for a '5 star luxury' place then uncle rod’s might not be for you. We believe in trust-honesty system. PLEASE NOTE: You are also responsible to shoulder (pay for) anything that might get broken/incidentals due to carelessness that might happen during your stay. Bring off Lotion as there are some mosquitoes and friendly nocturnal insects at night in the garden. always close the room so insects won’t come inside. we also have an insect/mosquito uv electric killer in the terrace, in the garden and a racket one that you can use at night if you want to chill in the balcony or garden. Water in cavinti, laguna is quite hard than normal (probinsya feels).. schedule is every other day only at 3pm to 9pm, so in case on the day of your stay there will be no water coming out from the faucet, you don’t need to worry because we have water drums storage available for you to use in the kitchen and toilet). old school Manual TABO/plastic dipper) system. our caretaker will always store water whe water is ON as scheduled. Our Mini POOL is being sanitized each and every guest. We invested to have a water filter and a japan chlorine (the best mild one) to maintain the cleanliness of our mini pool same as what other resorts are doing. We put chlorine every guest usage every night and opens the water filter 10-12hrs EVERY NIGHT to avoid bacterias from forming. Sometimes pool color would be a little cloudy white in color due to newly chlorined and will eventually clear again overnight thru the water filter system. We change water every 2 weeks and we can’t afford to change water daily same as other resorts that’s why we invested to have a water filter instead. (We will gladly appreciate if you’ll help us conserve water. ) NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE the ROOM (there’s fire/smoke alarm detector in the room) I have a caretaker to assist you the best she could when you check in, or if there are any problems/emergencies during your stay. She lives (in a nipa hut) inside the farm lot and it’s just a minute or less walk from the cabin if you need anything from her. How to get here for commuters: 1. Ride BUS going to Sta Cruz, Laguna 2. Other things to note Though my place is fully furnished, you’ll have to consider that my cabin is still like a “glamping/cabin” style.. so whatever you think you might need like - FOOD/condiments, toiletries (shampoos, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste) and towels .. please prepare to “BRING YOUR OWN”. This is also in response to covid 19 safety. Your safety is our priority. THIS IS A 3 hectare farm lot so Expect to get a lil’ muddy when the grass/soil is wet when you walk around the property. (Esp. When it’s raining!) there are nocturnal insects/mosquitoes at night so we advise u to bring off lotion, tho we have 3 electric UV insect killers u can use during your stay and just plug it near you if u want to chill outside. :) KATOL will help a lot too. Our property is gated and with on site care taker. LAGUNA doesnt require swab test and other health requirements. HOWEVER, make sure that you have no fever, cough or other covid 19 symptoms on the date of your check in. My caretaker will check your temperature before entering the cabin. We have the right to cancel your booking if you have a fever or any covid 19 symptoms when you arrive. So let’s follow and PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN by staying home to help not to spread covid 19.
