An open plan kitchen is beautifully designed with all necessities for self catering requirements. The home has efficient Wi-Fi and is fully solar powered for loadshedding / power outages, Netflix is available, both a fireplace and wood burner in living rooms make winter nights cozy. Aircons available in 3 bedrooms. The space Upstairs awaits the main en-suite master king-size bedroom. Three additional bedrooms with double and queen size bed respectively are located next to the second bathroom. Each of the bedrooms is very comfortable and offers exceptional sleeping quality. Both bathrooms are custom designed with the high quality fittings. Guest access A peaceful outdoor entertainment area surrounded by a well manicured garden. Best suited for professionals, 3 couples or a small family. Baby cot and highchair available on request, children's toys and books available. Guests have the entire house which includes fast internet, a user friendly alarm system. Our guests health and safety are our main concern. In addition to the high cleaning standards of the home, we are also committed to the guidelines from the Government, health authorities and Airbnb Enhanced cleaning program. Please note the house is deep cleaned before and after each reservation. We are committed to following the cleaning protocol for our guest peace of mind. Most of the time is likely to be spent on the patio, with the views, a salt-water pool and a braai area. The whole stoep area can be closed off by security blinds. Pool safety cover available for guests peace of mind with little ones Other things to note Under NO circumstances will we accept parties of any kind, NO intimate weddings, no parties, events, photo shoots. We are situated in a quiet residential area, a family orientated street & suburb. Normal socializing and braai's welcome for 8 guests. We cannot accept PARTY GROUPS. We request our guests be considerate to our neighbors. No sound bars & speakers, no drunk boisterous groups are acceptable. Parking strictly limited to 3 vehicles. STRICTLY NOT A PARTY HOUSE. This is a non-smoking house, however smoking is permitted outside and under covered patio area. Three bedrooms with aircon, we kindly request guests switch off when not in bedrooms.
