House on the lake facing Comacina Island

The house by the lake, away from the noises of the street, overlooking Comacina Island, considered one of the most extraordinary archaeological sites in northern Italy for the early Middle Ages, offering a breathtaking view of the beauty of the lake and mountains. The surrounding environment frames the lake, a true work of art of the place, thanks to its tranquility, peace and calm that it infuses. The house is located in the historic village of Ossuccio, a small hamlet of Tremezzina. The space The house, available only a few weeks a year during the owner's absence, renovated and modernized with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, welcomes its customers with 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchenette with a living room and finally a terrace directly on the lake. The house also leads directly to the lake. The kitchen offers all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and a sink that in addition to the normal water tap is also equipped with another tap with water purifier. The living room complements the homey atmosphere offered by the kitchen with an open space furnished with a sofa, TV, fireplace and a glass table for 4 people. Going up the stairs you get to the first floor, where you will find the main bathroom. The main bathroom, thanks to its spaciousness and design, offers all the essential amenities: sink, toilet, bidet, and shower stall. Next to the main bathroom, you will find a closed room where the owner's belongings are kept. On the top floor, there is the double bedroom and the bathroom. The small but very functional bathroom, furnished with a toilet and sink, is next to the spacious bedroom with a view of the entire Comacina island. The bedroom consists of a spacious double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a mirror, air conditioner and finally the balcony. The house is perfect for spending a relaxing week as a couple thanks to the romantic landscape, or getting to know the beauty of Lake Como. Services: Near the house are the main services needed; the Banca Popolare di Sondrio is 300m away and Banca Intesa Sanpaolo is 1 km away. While 1 km towards Menaggio you can find 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy. There are several restaurants in the area. For parking, we provide a private indoor garage 120 meters away from the house.
