"Le Chanteau" Lodge

The "Le Chanteau" gîte is located in an outbuilding of an old farmhouse, typical of the Haute-Marne region, at the foot of the ramparts of Langres and Lake Liez. The space The farm is U-shaped, it frames a large square courtyard and is surrounded by land. Our guests therefore benefit from a private space (terrace + garden) to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. In front of the house, the municipality has provided a playground with pétanque, soccer goal, basketball, slide, spring games, sandbox etc. The cottage has an area of about 80 m2 on 2 levels. It is completely independent of the rest of the property. It has its own private entrance and parking. The ground floor consists of a kitchen open to the living rooms (dining area and living room). Facing east-west, glass doors and windows illuminate the room. A shower and separate toilet complete the premises. The living room fireplace, made of cut stone, has only a decorative function. On the first floor, the landing opens onto a bathroom and two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a bed for 2 people; the second with 3 beds for 1 person. A shed adjoining the accommodation allows you to store garden furniture as well as any bicycles of our guests. The accommodation has an induction stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, garden furniture, gas barbecue, and Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided upon arrival.
