You can also visit the historic sights of the town of Omis or take part in the adrenaline rafting and the free climbing near the river. What also makes this place unique is location in a close proximity to the beach, there is a long sandy beach just about 500m away. So if you want go swimming or just lie on the beach and listening to the sea, that is cca 5 minutes of walk. Apartment is located on the third floor of a residential building. It was newly built and is therefore equipped with all the latest amenities for a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms are bright and it has lots of natural light through roof window. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. It has a light living and dining room with a highly modern, open, built-in kitchen. There is a new kitchen, with only the latest appliances, including a hob with 4 plates, an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and all kitchenware needed for self-catering. Right next to the kitchen there is a dining area where is a table for 4 persons. There is a living room with a flat-screen TV and an elegant sofa suite and a glass coffee table. There are 2 sofas where 2 person can sleep. There is a laptop friendly workspace with a table and chair. There is a TV and Wi-Fi. Cooling and heating in the living room and kitchen on the air conditioner. The glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the balcony. If you arrive by car, then there is a parking space all around the building. Parking ticket for 1 car is 100kn/week. Our apartment is 300 meter away from Omis town, which is actually just a 5-minute on foot from our place. A sandy beach (500 metres away) is within easy walking distance. The Blue Flag guarantees the water quality, as well as the environmental and service standards on the beach. A large sandy beach that is suitable for children and non-swimmers is a couple of minutes walk away.
