Located smack between DFW Airport & downtown Ft Worth, near the highway, you have easy access to all Tarrant County has to offer... AT&T Cowboys Stadium, Rangers, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, NE Mall, Ft Worth Convention Center, museums, zoo, TCU...all within 15 miles, and yet in a quiet, residential neighborhood. You've found what you're looking for! The space Lots of rooms to hang out in at this large house! Plus there are TWO master bedrooms and a kids' room with double bunks (twin/full on both) to make this house great and economical for 2 families enjoying traveling together. With the pool out back, plus lounge chairs, tables, a charcoal grill, and the game room featuring a pool table, ping pong, darts, movies and board games, AND a loaded kitchen, WiFi, and 3 TVs, everyone is sure to have a great time! When you want to run to the store or mall, grab a bite to eat, or enjoy places like the Stockyards, Six Flags, or the Rangers and Cowboys games, you're just a few miles away! This is a residential neighborhood, and this house was designed for families, work trips, and responsible, respectful adults. We ask for quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Be thoughtful! We love our neighbors! Mostly, have fun and enjoy! [Guests from the DFW area must have prior reviews. This is not a party house.] Guest access The entire house and yard is yours to utilize. The pool is shared with the guest house in back. To book both spaces, look for The Moose Caboose! Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: Both the host family and the housekeeper have severe allergies. We have a very strict rule that no animals are allowed. Please respect our space! This home includes WiFi FiOS throughout (password provided in home). There are 3 tvs -- one in the living room, one in the master, and one in the queen room. There's also a computer desk in the office nook. POOL: The pool is open from early March or so to mid-October or so (it depends on what kind of weather we're having). It is covered during the winter months, and it is not heated. The pool is serviced professionally every Monday and Friday. Guests will be asked to vacate the pool during cleaning. In-between pool service, a pool net is available to scoop out leaves and debris that blows into the pool. This is a residential pool; there is not a daily cleaning service for it. Also, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. We provide one set of towels (pool towel, bath towel, hand towel, washcloth) per guest per stay. There is a complimentary washer/dryer at the house for you to refresh your towels as needed. Mattresses are memory foam. Some are memory foam with gel. Coffee/tea/sugar/creamer are provided for your first day. The coffee maker uses K-cups, but it also has a cup to hold grounds. Toiletries and Paper Supplies: We provide toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as a starter roll of paper towels in the kitchen. For longer stays, you'll want to bring in additional stock. Hand soap is at each sink, as well as dish soap and dishwasher packets in the kitchen. Laundry soap is not provided unless a previous guest passes it on. Pest control: We have a pest control service that treats the property every 3 months. They will re-treat the house as needed in-between regularly scheduled services. However, since we do not live in the house, we only know if there is need if you tell us! We appreciate a private comment so that we can get it scheduled as needed. We love hosting our airbnb homes!
