The space This place has exceptional view of the city, with the zoo opposite and the riverside just across the street. You can access to this view from our cozy rooftop - great place to do morning yoga, chill or have a small party with friends. In the mood for a walk? The park is just across the street! Gym and pool are just 2 minutes swim to the opposite site of the river (just kidding, but they are just 10 minutes walk any way) Can we talk about the food? Local food around the neighbor is amazing! Ask our reception for the most intensive instruction of all the places that you need to try. Want to cook your own meal? The local market is just walks away and our kitchen is fully equipped with cookwares, utensils, glassware and other cooking essentials - tell me if you need any thing else, I could see if my house has it. Guest access Apart from your own room, you can use our elevator to access the laundry area if you want to DIY your laundry. There are 2 reading corners in the lobby and rooftop. Rooftop is open space area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, have a read and enjoy the view of the green zoo and the peace of the waterfront. Check-in is made at our reception. All public places are under 24/24 camera surveillance . We have elevator to each floor. Rooms are secure with passcode and fingerprint lock. You have access to your room and our roof deck - with space to chill and our laundry and dry place. Other things to note Our place is available for both short and long term rent. However, you have to check with the reception if there is any change in your schedule.
