Goodwood base? Look no further! Less than two miles from Goodwood. Seeking big-hearted, tidy Goodwood-goers, Chichester-visiting professionals and adventurers who are excited to explore this beautiful part of the world that I am proud to call home. Close to Chichester city centre, the Festival Theatre, Goodwood. Easily accessible from the A27, 20 min walk into Chichester, 20 min drive to the white sands of the Witterings, or 10 min to the South Downs. The space Relax and rest in your bright, spacious double bedroom, complete with new bed linen and towels, hanging and surface space for your belongings. Your private bathroom, across the landing from your bedroom, offers a bath with shower attachment, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. There is secure space to store a bicycle during your stay, if you wish. Quiet please between 10pm and 6am. Please remove your shoes when you enter the house. Guest access Large double bedroom, and private bathroom. Please respect the lounge and kitchen and it's contents, as my private space and therefore not accessible during your stay. During your stay I live in my home, and work from home. When I'm out and about, I'm typically close-by, in case of emergency. I enjoy a mutual respect for privacy. The lounge/kitchen and my bedroom are private spaces, and not accessible, during your stay. I will happily assist, recommend and share tips to make your stay an enjoyable, insightful and memorable experience. I look forward to sharing my home with you!
