The River Loft Unique & Quirky Annexe in Braunton

The River Loft is a unique loft conversion set in peaceful location of Braunton. Part of our home, The River Loft provides a unique private space (with internal lockable door), offering bed & DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th century parish church, The Loft is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles). The space The River Loft is located on two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 3 persons in one studio space (unsuitable for under 12s and those less able-bodied due to steep staircase and steps upon entering; or the taller population due to low ceiling heights - unless you don't mind ducking of course. Some areas have a 6ft ceiling height). The upstairs snug space features a double bed, a single floor bed, a flat screen TV, DVD player, Netflix, Roku Box, snuggle sofa, coffee table, bedside tables and bedside lights. The Velux windows allow sunlight to stream in from both East and West elevations, capturing both morning & evening sun and offers beautiful views of the River & Church. Downstairs has a shower room featuring a power shower, WC, wash basin, illuminated mirror and towel rails. All bed linen and bath towels will also be provided for guests. The kitchen area is modernised and well-equipped - a great little space to enjoy breakfast or use as a workspace with its dining table and chairs. There are no cooking facilities as such but enough appliances to make a tasty bit of food. Appliances include; microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Outside amenities include off street private parking for one vehicle, a small table and chairs for some outside dining and washing facilities for wetsuits etc (hose and water butt) .
