Tropical Modern Guest Suite in Playa Hermosa

Modern suite surrounded by nature, just 2 min from famous surf beach Playa Hermosa (near Jacó). Comfortable space with 2 bedrooms (with A/C), 1 bathroom, and an outdoor covered kitchen/dining area. Relax on the terrace with garden views and spot white-faced monkeys, macaws, and toucans that visit daily. The guest suite is on the ground floor with private entrance but is part of our home where your host family lives. The fenced garden and parking are shared with us. The space You can enjoy a tastefully decorated, minimalist suite with two bedrooms, each featuring a double single bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), air conditioning, sheets, bath towels, and a beach towel. Each room includes a clothing rack with hangers and two nightstands with lamps. The semi-open, covered outdoor kitchen and dining area adjoin our private home, separated by a glass wall. This space is open to the garden on one side but can be closed off with bamboo panel doors. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sink, drying rack, and basic cooking utensils like a knife, cutting board, oil, and pan. The bathroom has a spacious shower with plenty of natural light, a sink, and toilet. Soap and toilet paper are provided. The outdoor area is surrounded by tropical rainforest where you can often spot white-faced monkeys, toucans, macaws, motmots, and other birds and animals. The parking area is spacious and uncovered. The entire property is fenced and gated, which you share with us, your host family. Guest access You access the suite via a private entrance with two steps. The property is fenced and secured with a gate, for which you will receive keys to come and go freely. Both bedrooms can be locked with keys. The semi-open terrace cannot be locked.
