Welcome to Summer Heights, a fully renovated cottage on Varney Point, Lake Winnipesaukee's best kept secret. Here you will have easy access to the Lake and surrounding mountains. We can provide year round fun wether you are enjoying the water in the summer or hitting the slopes in the winter. The space Summer Heights is a fully renovated cottage at the top of Varney Point. Located minutes away from Gilford's top attractions as well walking distance to three deeded water access points for swimming and relaxing along with available day boat docking. If that wasn't enough Gunstock Mountain Resort, Weir's Beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, Ellacoya State Park, Twin Barns Brewing as well as many more are all a short distance away. Outdoor Living: Relax on our large front deck with ample room to grill and dine. Deck furniture and grill are a seasonal amenity. Grill and fire pit are put away for the season starting 12/1 and are available again starting April 15. Parking available for up to 5 cars. The drive way has enough room for about a 23 foot boat trailer. Summer Heights also has a sleeping loft with two full size beds with plenty of space to add a couple air mattresses. Ceiling height is 6 ft. Guest access -Guests will have access to entire house and property including enough space for a boat trailer. -Pack and play available upon request. Other things to note Boat/canoe/kayak rental within walking distance to the home. Boats can be temporarily docked at Fay's boat yard (walking distance from the home) Meadowbrook is 5 minutes away so book a concert and let's go! Gunstock is only 5 minutes away. Weirs beach is less than 10 minutes away.. Tanger Outlets are about 20 minutes away. Grocery store 5 - 7 minutes away. Some of the best restaurants less than 5 minutes away! Twin Barns Brewing 10-15 minute away. Plenty of games and movies available.
