Cozy room in riverside bungalow

This listing is for the double room on the ground floor of our house. We have our own bedroom and bathroom upstairs, enabling our guests to have sole use of the downstairs bathroom which is next to the 2 guest bedrooms. This double room has a comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Towels and toiletries are also provided along with free Wi Fi throughout. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to make their own breakfast/ dinner. There is also a microwave to heat meals up if needed. The space Our dormer bungalow is on a quiet side street on the edge of the small, pretty market town of Lampeter. We encourage guests to make themselves at home. You can have access to the kitchen where there is a microwave for heating food, preparing your own breakfast and making drinks as and when you want. you are welcome to relax in the lounge / dining area to enjoy the wonderful view of the garden and river. You are also able to enjoy our beautiful garden and the outdoor space we have created here including a clay oven. The garden is full of different areas to explore. We have created habitats to encourage wildlife into the garden with wild flower and vegetable growing areas, including a polytunnel, a small fruit orchard, all of which slopes gently down to the banks of the river Teifi where there is excellent fishing with a day fishing pass. We are usually around when guests arrive although you might need to come down to the garden to find us Being on the edge of town we are conveniently placed near to all the local amenities. We are 2 minutes walk to the bus stop /shops and University. There are several options for dining out / takeaway within 5 minutes walk including pub meals, award winning fish and chips, Indian and Chinese restaurants. We are ideally situated as a base for a few days exploring the Welsh countryside. It is a short 20 minute drive to the middle of Cardigan bay, famous for its beautiful coastline. Enjoy exploring some of the coastal paths or take a dolphin watching trip. Take a short drive in the other direction and you come to the edge of the beautiful Cambrian mountains which are also very scenic and famous for its Red Kites.
