Villa la Doccia is an 8-minute drive from the center of Greve in Chianti, Località Casole, The Villa in a quiet and quiet area is located inside a small farm surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. ➡️ We want you to know that we're doing everything we can to help and protect our guests by adopting a thorough and strict cleaning approach to this emergency. We disinfect and sanitize all parts of the house. The space The house is accessed directly from the garden, through some steps. The place is on two levels. It has a thoughtful and comfortable decor, with exposed beams and terracotta floors. At the entrance, a large living room with fireplace, sofa, armchairs and a double sofa bed. TV and laptop desk. In the dining room there is another large fireplace, table, and chairs; A small terrace with a sofa and access to the garden surrounding the house. The kitchenette is well equipped with appliances, microwave oven, toaster, dishes, washing machine and dishwasher. The sleeping area is reached by climbing a few steps and consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a small bathtub.) The accommodation has free wi-fi. Sheets, towels, toiletries, hairdryer and ironing board are available to guests. Childrens gated loungers upon request. The house is surrounded by a large and pleasant garden with a pool, (open in the summer months) (12x6m, depth 1.40m) , deck chairs, lounger and umbrellas. A gazebo with a table and chairs, and a barbecue area. On the edge of the garden there is a small land, mainly in the summer months, where seasonal vegetables are grown for our guests. Parking on the property is free and for exclusive use. We communicate that by law it is not possible to turn on the heater until November 1st. Guest access Entire house for the exclusive use of guests only. Other things to note We remind our guests of the occupancy tax of € 2.00 per person for the first 7 nights.
