Villa la Doccia is located 8 minutes by car from the center of Greve in Chianti, Casole, The Villa in a quiet and peaceful area is located within a small farm surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. ➡️ We would like to inform you that for this emergency we are doing everything possible to help and protect our guests by adopting a detailed and strict cleaning, We disinfect and sanitize all parts of the house. The space The house is accessed directly from the garden, via a few steps. The accommodation is on two levels. It has a well-kept and comfortable decor, with exposed beams and terracotta floors. At the entrance, a large living room with fireplace, sofa, armchairs and double sofa bed. TV and laptop desk. In the dining room there is another large fireplace, table and chairs; A small terrace with a sofa and access to the garden surrounding the house. The kitchenette is well equipped with appliances, a microwave, toaster, dishes, washing machine and dishwasher. The sleeping area is reached by climbing a few steps and consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a small bathtub.) The accommodation has free wi-fi. Guests have access to sheets, towels, toiletries, hairdryer and iron. Upon request, cots and gates for children. The house is surrounded by a large and pleasant garden with swimming pool, (open in the summer months) (12x6m, depth 1.40m), deckchairs, sunbed and parasols. A gazebo with table and chairs, barbecue area. At the edge of the garden there is a small plot of land, mainly in the summer months, where seasonal vegetables are grown for our guests. Parking on the property is free and for exclusive use. We inform you that by law it is not possible to turn on the heating until November 1st. Guest access Entire house for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note We remind our guests of the tourist tax of €2.00 per person for the first 7 nights.
