Small apartment in a very quiet building, located on the ground floor of a 3-story building. Modern and newly renovated apartment. We are located in Lavorgo (600 m a.s.l.), various possibilities for mountain excursions, 20 minutes from ski resorts (Airolo and Carì), 5 minutes from the Boulder area, sports facilities (ice rink, gyms, soccer field, bouldering area) 10 minutes away. Bus and train service a minute's walk away. ID: NL-00004046 The space Users can use the apartment in question, the garden located just outside the front door and the storage room for sports equipment. Crashpads are available for rent (see last photo), for DM rental. Please note that guests staying for 1 night are welcome, but they will not be able to use shared spaces such as the laundry and storage room. Two new accommodations will soon be available near Lavorgo and Chironico! Other things to note In the village there is a small grocery store within walking distance (2-minute walk) and an equally close butcher. There are several restaurants. Migros, Coop and Denner are a 10-minute drive away.
