In the bedrooms: 2 double beds and semi-double bed, offering accommodation for 5 people. Bathroom with bathtub & a second WC. A fully equipped kitchen. Internet - up to 50mbps. Sure, easy parking in the road ahead. Many taverns, coffees, supermarkets, ATM, banks & everything necessary arround. The space New, sunny and spacious apartment (100m2) in a quiet area, in the western part of the city. 500m from the sea. Located on the first floor. Inside - an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom - the upper floor, maisonette type. The lounge&kitchen level has a separate WC and two balconies around. In the kitchen: a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hobs and cooking utensils. The enough quantity of dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups ensures the use of the dishwasher. In addition - a kettle, coffee maker, toast grill, espresso coffee, сitrus squeezer, local olive oil, sugar, vinegar (balsamic), salt and pepper are available to the guests. The indoor wooden staircase leads to the upper floor of the bedrooms and the bathroom with the bathtub. All beds, sofa, smart TV and electrical appliances are new. The bed mattresses - too. In the larger bedroom (1) there is a double bed - king size. In the room (2) with the round window - also double, spacious. In the third (3) bedroom the bed is a semi-double one. This floor from (bedrooms 1 & 3) you go to the spacious terrace (50m2), equipped with a swing (triple), large umbrella, four sun loungers, smaller umbrellas and many flowers around. Internet - up to 50 mbps. In a truly short distance you can find supermarkets, banks, ATMs, cafes, restaurants and everything necessary for your distribution. The Inner Section/Highway road is close, easily accessible as well. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment and all that's inside. Except the things in the upper part of the wardrobes & drawers in bedrooms 1 & 3. The objects there are not for use of our guests! Guests are given one key. Other things to note 1) For watering the flowers on the roof, we will need access to it at comfortable times for visitors, after consultation with them. 2) The white (bath) towels are not for the beach, but the blue ones. 3) Changing the position of the furniture or pulling them is undesirable! They could, be damaged. 4) Don't put your suitcases in the wardrobes! 5) Don't hang the towels or your clothes on the wardrobe doors or on the curtain rods! There are hangers in every room. 6) Things in the top-closets in bedrooms 1 & 3 ARE NOT for your use. The blankets in a plastic cover ARE NOT for use of the guests. Visitors use the blankets in the lower wardrobes. If you need anything extra, please, ask us. 7) QUIET HOURS MUST BE KEPT! ESPECIALLY BETWEEN 22:00-8:30h ON THE ROOF-GARDEN and BALCONIES!! 9) Any food or drinks, coffee, tea is not allowed to be consumed in the bedrooms! 10) Guests are given one key.
