Welcome to our relaxing beach style Granite Bay guesthouse retreat where you can unwind and enjoy all the area has to offer. We can help any way required before and during your stay to ensure it is memorable. Our guesthouse comes with high speed internet, extensive TV Xfinity package, stainless appliances, AC/heating and finished to a high standard designed for your comfort. The home is situated in a quiet, secure gated community perfect for walks, jogging or just relaxing by the pool. The space Get ready for a relaxing time at our guest house located in the beautiful Granite Bay. The home is perfect for 1-4 people with a main bedroom plus living room with sofa bed and kitchen. There is a main bathroom plus an ensuite 1/2 bath with washer and dryer. The home is finished to a high standard designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Guest access On street parking for 1 car, access to the guesthouse via sloped driveway or wide/deep steps ( not suitable for wheelchair access) immediate outside patio area and local community including trails. The pool and spa is part of main home and is not available to guests at this time. Other things to note We have a small Yorkshire terrier dog, Kenzie who is often in the back area so you may see her (though a fence separates guest and main home).
