Renowned shopping and dining areas are just a few minutes away :) The space The studio unit is equipped with A/C, electric fan,WIFI,shower Hot Water,electric stove,microwave oven,hairdryer,TV w/ cable channels, glasswares ,plates,silverwares,cutleries,cookwares and the like.. Guest access Take a dip in our swimming pool to beat the summer heat! We offer a lap pool for adults and a kiddie pool for children. There is a minimal fee of Php 115.00 per adult for those staying less than a month, as per condominium management’s pool policy dated January 2019. Relax and rejuvenate in the garden on the 4th floor of the Celesta Building, accessible via a mini bridge connecting Altiva and Celesta. Simply press 4 in the elevator for free access. Stay fit and healthy while on vacation! Our gym is located on the penthouse level of the Altiva Building. The current fee is approximately Php 500 per month, with no other options available at this time. Other things to note Welcome to our Airbnb! Here are some important details to make your stay more comfortable: • Internet: The password for the Wi-Fi is written in the handbook provided in your room. • Convenience Store: For your convenience, there is a mini convenience store located on the ground floor of the Belmira building. • Cafeteria: Head to the PENTHOUSE floor (press ‘P’ in the elevator) of the Altiva Building for a cafeteria offering a variety of foods, frappes, snacks, and meals, all with a stunning view of the Manila skyline. • Fast Food: There are 24-hour fast food options (Jollibee and Chowking) right in front of the condominium for quick and easy meals. • Transport and Delivery: For transport, food deliveries, and more, you can download and use the GRAB app. . ATM: Conveniently located within the condominium premises, the ATM allows you to easily withdraw Philippine Peso bills using Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Cirrus, JCB, and UnionPay cards. You can find the machine at the Al Fresco area near the pool, in the Belmira building.
