Amazing View of Dingle Bay

This revamped house is in a great location in Dingle. It is in the town and is south facing towards the sea. The marina is just outside the door. The back of the house has a patio and steps up to a grassy garden. It has great mountain views. The space The location of the house is superb. You can sit outside the front on a sunny day and enjoy the south facing view, while tourists and revellers pass bye. Guest access Front and back patio, 5-bedrooms (3 en-suite), 2 living rooms, a large kitchen/dining room with all modern utensils, washing machine, drying machine, LED TV, Fast WIFI broadband, bathroom containing a large bath and a retractable skylight, Electric power showers, books and DVDs. Other things to note After June 2018 (for bookings made from this date on wards) in an attempt to cut down on excessive use of heating fuel, we decided to add an extra charge for fuel used. It is based on a meter reading. When the guest departs, we will calculate the amount of fuel used and send a request to the guest for this. We don't anticipate the amount to be excessive, particularly in the summer months. We don't let the house for less than 3 days, or both nights of weekend. We require a security deposit of €200 up front, this is returned to you on your departure so long as no serious damage is done.
