Cosy Room close to transport ,free parking

Small single room in family house in the fashionable area of Muswell Hill. Minutes from transport links to central London and city with 24 hour bus routes, many cafes, restaurants, bars & parks. The space I have a small , cosy single room in my family home in Muswell Hill. Perfect for tourists needing somewhere to stay, or students or professionals The house is in the beautiful, vibrant area of Muswell Hill. There are great connections to London, 24 hour buses 43 and 134 bus stop very near the house and take you to either central London or the City of London. Highgate tube station is 10 minutes away and will take you to central London in 20 minutes. Other attractions nearby include Alexandra Palace and Alexandra Park - ideal for walking, running or having a drink at the pub overlooking London. Highgate Wood is nearby...plus a leisure centre , tennis courts and golf clubs. Muswell Hill Broadway, which has cafes, shops, restaurants, cinema etc is a very short walk away. I am looking for someone clean and tidy, respectful, friendly and non smoking. You will be staying in a family house so need to be comfortable with this arrangement, Wireless Internet is also available free. You can use the microwave, store food in the cupboard and have space in the fridge but no cooking or oven is available. There is a kettle in the room for making tea and coffee. The house is spacious, so you will have freedom and independence. The house is old but well maintained and clean, but please don’t expect standard of 5 star hotel and to be in pristine state, but it is definitely a comfortable, quiet place and value for money and in a very safe , beautiful and posh area of London. Please read more details on additional notes page Thank you Other things to note For washing larger items, there is a laundrette conveniently located just opposite the house where you can wash and dry your washing in big dryers, for smaller washes, occasionally you can use the washing machine in th kitchen, but I am sorry no drying is available on the premises. Also please take off outdoor shoes before walking upstairs, no inviting guest to the room and no noise after 22:00. Our Internet is very good and is perfect for working, for video calls, for browsing and occasional streaming, but if you want Netflix every night or like gaming and other people are also watching something using the same connection, this could lead to over burdening the connection and we cannot guarantee it will be perfect for heavy streaming/gaming every night.
