Quiet Room in Shared Home

My home is situated some 3km above the city of Schwaz, about 30km east of Innsbruck. It's new and I'm still furnishing and constantly adding things to it. You share these rooms with me, my family and friends: living room/kitchen, terrace bathroom/shower and toilet. Your bedroom is private and lockable. It comprises a very comfy double bed (W: 1.60m/L: 2.00m) which is perfect for 2, but also for 1. ;-) There’s a desk with a chair, a mirror, a night table and an open wardrobe for storing clothes. The space I consider myself to be discreet, respectful and considerate to my guests, but you shouldn't be bothered by sharing the named rooms with me, my family and other guests. In your room you have full privacy. The other rooms, apart from the kitchen/living room, terrace, bathroom and toilet, are not accessible. Guest access Apart from your private bedroom, you have access to the kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower, toilet and terrace which are shared with my and other guests. During your stay Happy to answer your questions whenever I'm at home. In any case available on the phone, via chat or e-mail. Other things to note * IT'S A SHARED HOME: Please be aware that you share the apartment with me, my family, and other guests. * CLEANING FEE: I do not charge a cleaning fee, but I expect my guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy, just as I leave it to them. * WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS: If weather conditions require it, make sure you have proper winter driving equipment like snow tires and chains when getting by car to my house. * GUEST REGISTRATION: All guests in our region need to be registered with the local tourism board. In order to submit all the required information, all guests need to be registered providing the following data: - first and family name, sex, birth date, passport/ID number, residential address with zip code and city and nationality * ACCOMMODATION TAX (GUEST TAX): Note on the accommodation tax (guest tax), which is included in the booking price: This is €2.60 per person per night and is paid to the local tourism association. The guest tax is used to implement measures that promote tourism in the region, but also increase the quality of life of the local population. The following are excluded from the payment of the residence tax: - Overnight stays of persons until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 years of age. - Overnight stays in the context of employment, provided that the uninterrupted stay lasts more than 10 days (e.g. workers, tour guides, bus drivers, representatives). The booking program cannot take these exceptions into account, so the tax will be charged to all persons in any case. In the event of an exception, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
