The space Approximately 28 sqm in size, our Studio Apartments are designed to have modern industrial interiors that are functional and inviting for both short- and long-term stays. Whether traveling solo or with a companion, a studio would be perfect and won’t hurt your wallet. In this apartment, you can prepare your own meals, work remotely, or just laze around in bed while binging on Netflix and Disney+. And if you ever get tired of staying indoors, simply step outside and enjoy the fresh air and greenery! We have a total of 21 units spread across our 2.5-hectare gated grounds, including a variety of room types for solo travelers, couples, and small families/groups. Guest access Registered guests of Orchard Estate are also provided access to free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney+, and on-site parking, and have complimentary use of the shared outdoor facilities, including the pavilion, swimming pool, gym, basketball court, pickleball court, kids’ playground, and pingpong, foosball, and air hockey tables. A fire pit is also available at the property, but there will be an additional charge for the wood and service to set-up a bonfire. Fee is inclusive of a small s’mores kit. Other things to note *Valid IDs of guests will be required for verification and security purposes. *Please indicate ages of kids (if any) prior to booking. *A link to our house manual will be included in your booking confirmation. This will provide important information about our amenities, house rules, and policies -- including no parties, no visitors/unregistered guests, and no pets. *The unit is located amidst lush greenery, so please watch out for insects (such as ants, mosquitoes, bees, spiders, caterpillars, and other creepy crawlies) as well as the occasional reptiles and amphibians. While we have electric insect killers available, we also encourage guests to bring insect repellent. *Cell signal may be weak in certain areas of the property. *The property is accessible via public and private transportation. If you intend to commute, please be advised that there are no GrabCar and taxi services available in Lipa City. To get around, the common modes of public transportation are tricycles and jeepneys.
