Country house on the tuscan sea!

Rental apartament in a traditional farmhouse nestled in the rolling tuscan countryside, only few minutes away from the sun soaked Gulf of Baratti. Sourrounded by a pine forest is the ideal place for people who wants to relax enjoying nature. The space The apartement is located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse which has been restored few years ago for vacation rentals. It consists of a kitchen, one bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed and another one with two single beds. Outside there is also an external table for outside meals reserved only for this apartment. The house is capable of comfortably sleeping up to 5 persons and the kitchen is well equipped to cook for 8 persons with the stove and an electrical oven. The apartement is provided with television, wi-fi connection and air conditioning. Guest access In front of the apartament there is a table for outside meals for the exclusive use of this apartement. Next to the house you find a green area with barbecue, a volleyball field, a ping-pong table, the laundry and a hot external shower: all this services are free and in common use with other guests. Next to the green area there is the parking lot wich is free , well-lighted and partially covered. Other things to note We kindly remind you that at your arrival we request to pay the tourist tax of 1,50€ per day per person for adults and children up to 12 years old. The final cleaning is included instead the sheets and towels are provided with an extra cost of 10€ for the single bed and 20€ for the double bed. If you bring a pet we ask a payment of 15€ for the extra cleaning per each animal. We can provide a children box, a camping cradle and a hight chair for children at the additional price of 10€ for each item. If request this extra services can be paid directly at the moment of your arrival to our local host Scilla: we would like to know it in advance to better organize your ceck-in. All the windows are provided with mosquito nets and periodically we do the anti-mosquito treatment around all the complex. Finally we advise our guests that there is a train station behind the houses but only a few low-speed trains pass by and this usually does not create any particular disturb.
