The 40 m2 apartment is on the ground floor of our family villa. It is located in a quiet area with controlled access and 50 m from the large sandy beach of Grand Travers. A beautiful garden surrounds the whole villa and you have the option to do lots of activities next door: Walk in the woods behind the house, golf, tennis, cycling and boat trip to La Grande-Motte. The perfect venue for a family vacation. The space A living/dining room with a table and chairs for lunch/dinner as well as armchairs and a TV. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. This gives access to a shaded garden area behind the house where you can have your meals. For your comfort, the apartment is composed of a bathroom, 1 toilet and we provide you with 1 solar shower for beach returns and 1 washing machine in the garage of the house.
