A welcoming house in the Lot-et-Garonne

Located in the heart of a village on the banks of the Garonne, an hour from Bordeaux, our house dates back to the late 17th century and overlooks a very quiet garden. We live there year-round. It has all the comforts , without autonomy. Crossed by the light, the front rooms overlook the garden, and the back, a wooded courtyard. You will find all the local shops, within walking distance from the house (bakery, butcher, grocery store, tobacco press, pharmacy). The space The house is on one level and has large cozy rooms and spacious rooms. The kitchen is accessible for guests and it is really nice to enjoy the garden in summer. Guest access Guests can access the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, garden, terrace. During your stay We will be available to welcome guests and best satisfy their request, in particular to share the charms of the region (bastides, vineyards, the Landes forest, gastronomy, farmers' markets, hiking, hiking and cycling, along the Canal de l 'Entre deux Mers). Other things to note We offer you to prepare a breakfast in the morning, consisting of a coffee, bread, jams and juice.
