Our cottage is in a unique position, views of the surrounds and farming life. There is a spaciouse country garden. Cottage is open plan kitchen living area, it has lots of widows to see the view and let the available light in being cosy at night. A hall way leads to bedrooms and Bathroom and Laundry room/bootroom is convenient. A vineyard is in walking distance. Mt Eccles being a National park is 5k away, Macarthur is 1.3 k away with the best milk bar and there is also the Pub. The space Don't forget Port Fairy that's only 40k south And importantly 'Lake Surprise' is in Mt Eccles National Park; 4.5 km away .
