The modern shower bath in the industrial look with rain shower, as well as the comfortable bedroom with high-quality box spring beds round this off. The space In the 110 years old art nouveau house on the 2nd floor is the "New" light-flooded and modern holiday apartment, with a large feel-good character! It offers enough place approx. 50 square meter for 2 persons, gladly also with child. This can sleep on a comfortable mattress in the common bedroom. For a baby or toddler we provide a children's travel bed and high chair free of charge! The lovingly and modernly furnished living room is equipped with oak parquet, TV flat screen and hip couch set in the style of the 50s! The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern electrical appliances, sufficient storage space with sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils. The highlight is the modern and exclusive shower room. The large washstand made of cherry wood, the large barrier-free shower with rain shower and the WC separated from a wall, in the industrial look round this off. Shower and towels, hair dryer and cosmetic articles are ready for you. Right next door, directly from the bathroom, you reach the harmoniously coloured bedroom. On two separately placed high-quality Boxspring beds they find restful sleep. In the bedroom there is a second TV flat screen with W-Lan, 2 dressing rooms with wardrobe. Bathrobes, hairdryer, cosmetics, hand and shower towels, additional blankets and pillows for your comfort. The separate entrance, only for you as a guest and the own parking lot in front of the house, you can start your vacation relaxed. A cosy place in a romantic garden in a quiet neighbourhood lets you relax after a trip! Let us surprise you! For the 3 rd Guest we will provider a mattres on the flour. Guest access The romantic rock garden is only for our guests. A lockable shelter for your sports equipment is available. The staircase is used with the host, Roswitha and Peter and only for you, as our guests. Other things to note The apartment " Oase " is on the 2nd floor! Climbing stairs is necessary! Of course we will help you to carry your luggage!
