The main shopping area is just a 5 minute walk away and just around the corner (2 min walk) is the Empire Theatre and mainline train station of Liverpool Lime Street. An ideal place to stay for those looking for somewhere central for tourism or those coming to work or study at one of the Universities, Royal Liverpool Hospital, School of Tropical Medicine, Empire Theatre or Royal Court. The apartment is within a modern secure building constructed 10 years ago. The apartment has since had some renovations to keep it fresh and up to date. There is a bright open plan kitchen / living area, a wooden flooring and plenty of light from the full length windows and Juliet balcony. A Smart Samsung TV, DVD player and a good WIFI internet connection with unlimited data. An Ikea chaise sofa which pulls out into a full size sofabed hence accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, large integrated fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, tea bags, sugar and everything else you'd expect to find in your own home. The bedroom is located off the hallway. There’s a double bed, a smart TV / DVD player, black out blinds for a comfortable nights sleep, 2 bedside lamps and tables, drawers and a large built in wardrobe. Bed linen and fresh towels are provided. The bathroom has a 1/2 size bath with high pressure shower overhead. Shampoo, hand soap, shower gel and a hairdryer is provided. There's a Tesco Express that's open 7 days a week (06.00-23.00) just around the corner (3 min walk) and within Lime Street station you've a M&S, Boots Pharmacy, Costa Coffee, newsagents. Then just a 5 minute walk away there's a Lidl and a small outdoor market on Tuesday - Saturdays. There's a travel cot and changing mat available since this apartment is popular with families staying for longer periods. There are 2 gyms nearby to choose from Pure Gym and Easy Gym. Both are a 10 min walk away (0.5 miles) and open 24 hours and 7 days per week. Check online for their prices. There are 2 other gyms chains a 20 min walk away (JD and The Gym).
