The space The house is very nice, ideal for a family or group of friends, and is on a ground floor with a double entrance, veranda, garden and a habitable tavern with independent access from the porch. Detailed description: The house has a double front and back entrance, parking and private garden with veranda where you can dine comfortably in 5. On the ground floor we find a double bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room with table, sofa bed , TV and kitchen overlooking the veranda where there is also a beautiful fireplace. From the veranda/garden through a staircase you access the basement which is mirrored on the ground floor therefore also has a bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room used with another double bed and a kitchen island with 3 stools. There is an induction hot plate and everything you need to prepare a possible breakfast or quick meal without having to access the top floor. The basement is totally independent with an outside door. Bed linens for the home,(bath towels and bedding) are provided. Guest access The apartment is at the entrance of Baja Sardinia ,near the Aquadream (for those with children to take to the water playground). It is a great choice for those who want to enjoy the beach vacation in Sardinia, adjacent to the center of Baja, but at the same time close to everything you need for a relaxing vacation! The nearest beach is Porto Sole(Mucchi Bianchi) 500 meters approximately. Beach equipped in part and free ,with parking. Just 750 mt. (9min. on foot and 2min. by car) there is a commercial center: supermarket, ATM, tobacco shop and newspaper shop, bakery, fruit shop, hardware, furniture store, wine shop, nautical and sports accessories. The central beach of Baja Sardinia is 1.4 km away,(4 minutes by car). The beach is partially equipped and free with a restaurant on the beach while in its central square there are bars and restaurants, clubs and shops for shopping, ATMs and medical care bars and shops.
