"La Coquette" - 3 bedrooms - 95 m²

Welcome to our 95 m² independent house, quiet, in Lambersart, minutes from Lille and Euratechnologie. It consists of a living room with kitchen and toilet on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the upper floors, and a shared bathroom. Metro (Canteleu) and bus nearby, high-speed Wi-Fi internet... A detached house where you will be comfortable to fully enjoy your stay! The space Thanks to a key box system where we can put the keys, you can arrive late if you want. A brick house, typical of the houses of the North, in the pretty town of Lambersart, one of the most upscale towns in the Lille metropolitan area. Parking is easy and free near the building (note: blue zone, you need a disc, parking limited to 1.5 hours; otherwise, you have to park 10 minutes away on foot). The house is comfortable and well equipped (classic oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher...). Feel free to give us feedback to improve it further! The bedding is good quality, the beds are made upon arrival, with cozy duvets and pillows. The bathroom is on the landing (it's original!), privacy is provided by a curtain that can be closed. I provide one bath towel per person. The house has three bedrooms: a smaller one with a double bed, a medium one with two single beds, and a large one with a double bed. The living room sofa is convertible, and can be transformed into a bed. We can sleep 8 very comfortably! If you're coming with a baby, you'll be delighted to find a high chair and a travel cot. Pets are allowed if they are clean, and do not climb on beds and armchairs; otherwise, please never leave them alone in the house! Guest access The whole house is reserved for you: a large living room with a kitchen equipped on the ground floor, the three well-separated bedrooms on the upper floors, and a bathroom with shower. The toilet is on the ground floor. Please note that if you have difficulty moving around, the stairs to the 1st and 2nd floors are quite steep and do not have a ramp. Other things to note The house is made to accommodate 8 people, however please do not have parties and evenings, and do not make noise after 10:00 p.m.: neither in the house (the houses are semi-detached and the neighbors are close!) nor in the street, especially if you are going to smoke outside.
