The space The small kitchen(7sm) is fully equipped with new furniture, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machines. Two renovated bathrooms, one(8.5sm) with shower and bath and a guest WC(4.5sm) with a washmachine. A large living room(30sm) with a couch, a large wood table, a large LED has an exit to a private wood balkony(7sm) where you can enjoy the view(and the only place where you can smoke ). The master bedroom(16sm) with king size bed(1.8x2m), wardrobe and a small LED tv. The second bedroom(12sm): one bed which can be configured as single(0.8x2m) or double(1.6x2m) and wardrobe.
