Located 5 minutes from Saint Florent, this house is the perfect place for your vacation. The house is on a fenced plot of 1800 m2 and gate at the entrance. The space Inside: A huge living room equipped with a kitchen with a central island worthy of great chefs (cooking enthusiasts at your stoves), in its extension the living room, the room equipped with the jacuzzi all open to the terraces and the very large pool (13 meters by 4.5) treated with salt. On the night side, there are four bedrooms all equipped with comfortable bedding. The master suite of 42 m2 is composed of a large bedroom with flat screen TV, a bed of 180 by 200, a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet followed by a large dressing room, a large private terrace extends this suite. The second bedroom is the junior suite equipped with a 160 by 200 bed with its bathroom composed of a walk-in shower, sink and toilet as well as a dressing room, this room also opens onto a terrace. The third bedroom with a more modest surface has the advantage of having twin beds 90 by 200, a terrace. The bathroom shared with the fourth bedroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The fourth bedroom is of a very modest size, it accommodates a single bed (90 x 200) however the comfort of bedding is the same as for the other bedrooms which is probably the most important to ensure a good night Let's move on to the outside: The land is gently sloping and divided into 3 large platforms (restanques). First terrace, the swimming pool. Treated with salt (does not sting the eyes) and of a beautiful size (13 meters by 4.5), it integrates into the landscape and the structured garden. Deckchairs await you for your sunbathing, a large hammock for your well-deserved naps and for the aperitif or a quiet reading moment, a large lounge with benches and cushions. Overlooking the pool, a large summer kitchen fully equipped with a huge dining table, this new equipment was greatly appreciated by our tenants last year. A toilet is also accessible by the pool, which brings the number of toilets to 4. The three terraces around the pool are not covered to make the most of the sun, those of the summer kitchen, in front of the living room and the bedrooms are shaded by canes or wooden slats. On the second terrace is a majestic olive tree several hundred years old, a large parking lot and two covered garages allowing you to put your vehicles in the shade. Also fruit trees, peach trees and nectarine trees. At the bottom of the land flows a stream, it is the third terrace that houses a vegetable garden and scents. Tomatoes, zucchini, melons, herbs from the maquis are at your disposal, you just have to help yourself. That's it for the visit, note that the house has a floor that we occasionally occupy. Its entrance and gate are on the other side of the house. Its land is enclosed and surrounded by walls, so no direct contact. As a result, you can enjoy your space in peace and are the only ones to use the pool, parking, orchard, vegetable garden, the only people you may possibly meet during your stay will be the employee who takes care of the garden and certainly my visit since I take care of the maintenance of the pool.
