Septa Norristown line within walking distance- 40 min to downtown Philly. The space Quiet apartment but close to great restaurants in downtown Conshohocken. Hardwood and tile floors throughout. Quick and Easy access to the Blue route (476), 76 and 276 makes area travel a breeze. On street parking is available, but as there are no houses across the street, there is usually parking on the block, if not right in front of the apartment. A nice park next door, and two corner restaurants on the street. An Italian bakery and the ‘Peanut Factory’ are a few blocks away, but worth a visit during your stay. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the apartment. Co-host lives on site. The building has security cameras on the exterior for everyone’s safety. Guest access The apartment is a private space, and comes with access to the basement laundry, with two washers and 2 dryers. Other things to note This is a 4-unit apartment building, with both long-term and short term guests. To minimize allergies, no smoking and no pets are allowed in the apartment.
