Historic & quaint cottage in Bega

Delightful 3 bedroom 1890 cottage in Bega. Tastefully renovated with all modern facilities, excellent kitchen, large fenced garden and walking distance to cafes, shops and town centre. Comfortably sleeps 5, but can sleep 6. Wood burning stove for the cooler months. Pet friendly. There are steps from the driveway and at front path so reasonable is mobility required. Please note there is no wifi but phone reception is generally good. The space The cottage was built around 1890 and is one of the older houses in Bega. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double and the third with a single day bed. There is also a spare mattress under the day bed upon request. Two of the bedrooms have french doors opening onto the front verandah. There is a well equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher and large gas hob/electric oven stove. A comfortable lounge/dining room with a wood heater in the fireplace for the colder months and an air conditioner for more instant heat or cooling. The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath and heated towel rack. Out doors you can enjoy the sunset from the front verandah screened from the road by the lush front garden or the french doors from the dining area open onto a covered dining/sitting area overlooking the large back garden. Guest access Guests will have the whole house and garden. Off street parking available in driveway at the side of the house. Vehicle access to garden for motorbikes if required.
