Our house is very charming and surrounded by nature. The property has a huge, totally private pool and the garden is a forest of centuries-old trees. It's full of spaces to relax. It is in the western mountains of Madrid and surrounded by peace and quiet. It is also close to Madrid, just 45 minutes from downtown. Just an hour from Toledo, Segovia and Avila. And in the surroundings you will find routes through charming villages and swamps where you can enjoy nature. TR d The space The house has a large private pool. It is surrounded by pine trees and plants. It also has four large terraces to enjoy at any time of the day. All of them with furniture to relax or enjoy a meal or a romantic dinner. It also has a large living room and a beautiful kitchen with all the amenities. And three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The house is old and although it has been renovated, it may have some drawbacks (some doors that do not fit well, or some cracks)... but we believe that it is part of its personality. The base price is for 4 people. And you can accommodate up to 6 with a supplement of 25 euros/person/night. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and garden, with the exception of a locked room where we will leave some of our personal belongings. There are also some outdoor storage areas (such as a shed and a storage room) that will be closed, as they are used for garden tools and machines, etc. Otherwise, the house is all yours: you can enjoy it freely. Other things to note This is our usual residence, restored by us with great affection. And that shows in the details. It is not an empty house, nor impersonal: there are books, textiles, paintings, furniture that we use daily and that have value for us. That's why we ask you to take care of it as if it were your own, especially the furniture, the garden and the pool. If you come with children, please keep an eye on them at all times, both for their safety (swimming pool, pine forest) and to avoid damage to the house and outdoor spaces. We love children and we think it's a great place for them. The pool requires minimal maintenance. Like removing leaves from the surface and putting the pool cleaner robot in. And if you need help, we and someone we trust will come to assist you. The plants have automatic irrigation. Out of respect for the environment, parties, events, or external visits are not allowed. And you can't make a fire of any kind. During the summer season. No lighting candles or barbecues. We also ask for your understanding if the exteriors are not perfect. We are surrounded by nature and the air and trees bring leaves and dust all the time... and it doesn't matter how much we clean it. It gets dirty right away. Also, there are insects, birds, and sounds… being here is a total immersion in the countryside. Even if it is a residential development, we are in a natural area. Hopefully you could find an owl, a vulture, and even some morning deer...or some skunk in the field in front. And hundreds of rabbits.
