This is a family-owned Kyoto style traditional house with modern facilities. Our house is located at a convenient area to tour around Kyoto. The bus stops are only 2-3 minutes away from the house. Our place is also the best for your staycation. The neighborhood is full of secret local spots, great cafes and restaurants. アットホームな京町家ゲストハウス(貸切一軒家)です。おこもりステイにも最適です。 伝統的な西陣エリアに位置しており、主な観光地にはすぐ近くのバスでアクセスできます。私たちが出来る限り、旅行のアシスタントをさせていただきます。夜はとても静かでゆっくりお休みいただけます。 The space The whole property for the guests is your private, and there is no one else during your stay. There is a nice lounge in the main building which is more than 100 year old town house (machiya) next to your accommodation. The house you stay with bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen is separated from the main building. Please feel free to use the lounge in the main building and the separated house both 24 hours while you stay. We have a modern large bathroom with bathtub and a shower, and 3 independent toilets. There is a small Japanese garden between the main building and the accommodation, so you can keep your privacy. The surrounding is very safe and quiet at night. Best location for family stay. モダンに改装済みの100年を超える母屋に、広いラウンジがあります。こちらでチェックインをしていただき、その後もいつでもご利用いただけます。このラウンジに加えて、坪庭を挟んで向こう側の離れが、まるまる一軒貸切のスペースです。広い最新設備のバスルームとトイレ3つを備えていますので、2〜3世代のご家族連れや、お友達同士、おこもりステイ、お仕事の出張旅行に最適です。 徒歩3〜8分圏内にコンビニ2軒、スーパー2軒、その他、有名割烹やミシュラン飲食店などが複数ございますので、ご希望ならご案内させていただきます。レストランやタクシーのご予約なども、お気軽にお尋ねください。 周囲はとても安全で静かな環境で、夜はゆっくりお休みいただけます。 Guest access There is a lounge space with a big sofa and table in the main building, and you can use the whole villa with two bedrooms, a big bathroom, three independent toilets and fully equipment kitchen and dining room behind the small zen garden. 母屋の広いラウンジは大きなソファやダイニングテーブルをそなえています。そして小さな禅ガーデン(坪庭)の向こうの離れには、ベッドルーム2室、広い浴室、独立したトイレ3室、設備の整ったキッチンとダイニングがあります。 Other things to note Starting from October 2018, the city of Kyoto is charging an accommodation tax of ¥200-1,000/night per person. We will have to charge according to the number of nights/persons at our listing, aside from what we charge. Thank you for your understanding. The City of Kyoto collects an accommodation tax.
