Awesom attached single-family home/half duplex with garages separating the units giving you plenty of privacy to have total enjoyment on your vacation. It’s a great split-level home with two separate living areas, perfect for large groups to get together and make memories that will last a lifetime. But, this isn’t some brand new cookie cutter, covenant controlled, jammed together brand new subdivision where everyone’s crammed in and breathing down your neck. It’s a great, super safe where if you forget to lock your car you don’t have anything to worry about, low key neighborhood with a lot of character. There is a deer crossing sign for a reason, they regularly hang out behind the house With the rabbits and squirrels. There aren’t any houses behind us and you can see glimpses of the mountains from the backyard. But, if you are looking for a super luxurious, perfectly manicured, brand new subdivision this is not that.
