Private entrance. Large bedroom with bath as well as an adjacent den with roku tv for streaming. Wifi provided. Microwave and single serve coffee maker available for a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate. The space Downstairs (private) bedroom and bath with a den. The room is set up for a couple with twin trundles for up to a family of four. Additional nightly charge for over 2 guests with a max of 4. Guests have their own private den with tv/roku and wifi on the same lower level with bedroom and bath. Private entrance. This is a totally no smoking property (inside or out). Pets may be allowed on the lower level only with an added security and cleaning deposit and nightly add on cost. Access to washer and dryer and kitchen is provided but could be shared. Coffee and fast breakfast foods (usually yogurt and muffins) and fruit are provided daily. Fresh fruit, cliff bars, nuts are available all day. Guest access The lower level is totally for guests. The main level is for guests and owner with access to the outside deck (with grill), kitchen, laundry. The top level is for owner only. Other things to note Happy to refresh towels after every 4th night if desired. If wanting a towel refresh please leave towels outside of bedroom door and I will collect, wash and then return in a bin outside the bedroom door.
