The space You can enjoy the sitting room opening on to the courtyard garden, a very well equipped kitchen, a smart and comfortable bedroom with king size bed, and a luxury en-suite bathroom. Kitchen – double Miele ovens, large induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine & milk warmer, copious amounts of glassware, cutlery and crockery and a fully stocked larder. We offer a welcome tray of wine and snacks, and you are welcome to help yourself to all the essentials - tea, coffee, herbs and spices, tinned and dried goods etc. Utility – washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and even shoe polish! Downstairs cloakroom. Sitting room – 2 sofas, 6 seater dining table, large screen TV and Bluetooth sound-bar. Fully retracting bi-fold doors on to the garden. Garden – courtyard garden with seating and lighting Bedroom – with king size bed, luxury bedding, hairdryer. Wall mounted TV. Bathroom – with heated floors, heated towel rail, heated mirror and large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and additional hand held shower. Towels and toiletries provided. Throughout the house there is high quality lighting to help set the mood. There are USB charging points throughout. There is Freeview and internet TV on all TVs. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor, and the bedroom and en-suite are on the first floor. You have exclusive access to the property (sole occupancy), however the top floor of the 3 storey house is not accessible during your stay. IMPORTANT !
