Our apartment is cosy, modern and fully renovated. It is equipped with free parking space and fast Wi-Fi It is located 3 minutes walk from a sandy beach, very close to supermarkets and restaurants. It is ideal for families, just 40 min. drive from Thessaloniki's airport. The space Our apartment is located in a quiet complex of flats with big garden and trees. It is an ideal place for families and children who can safely play inside the enclosed complex. 3 minutes walk from the apartment there is a playground and a basketball court for adults and children. Only meters away from the playground is the long sandy beach. The beach has showers and changing cabins facilities. The apartment is cosy, modern and fully renovated. It is on the first floor, with two balconies(garden view) and can easily accommodate 5 guests, 4 adults and 1 or 2 children. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a second room (bedroom-living room) with two sofa beds, that can accommodate 3 persons, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small hall. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for guests to feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary electric appliances and extra features such as, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, all cooking utensils and a big refrigerator. There is also a washing machine, a hair-dryer, and an iron. All doors and windows have screens. A baby travel bed as well as a baby chair are also available upon request. Free, fast Wi-Fi internet and free NETFLIX service are provided to our guests. You and your kids can watch movies and favorite Tv series on Netflix for free, on the 32" LED TV. We also provide fresh bed linen and towels, toiletries (shampoo, soap, shower gel, cleaning supplies, etc.), as well as basic breakfast supplies (coffee, tea, honey, jam, etc.) The big advantage of the apartment is the location. It is located almost between the two peninsulas (Kassandra and Sithonia), 70 km south of Thessaloniki. This is a quiet, countryside area, away from crowded places with mass tourism. It is situated between two villages, Kalives (1,5 Km) and Gerakini (1,5 km) where you can find super markets, Greek tavernas, bars, ATM, pharmacy, bakeries etc. Only 10 min away lies Polygyros, the capital of Chalkidiki, with hospital, police, post office, banks, Taxis and buses. The location of the apartment is ideal for day excursions to Kassandra, Sithonia, the monasteries of Mount Athos, the rich forests of Holomonta in the Halkidiki mainland, and the cosmopolitan city of Thessaloniki. In addition, visitors can choose among literally countless beaches with crystal-clear waters, all located within a 30 km range from the apartment. We are looking forward to meeting you! Other things to note Please take a moment to note the following: Respect our neighbors; refrain from being loud between 23:00 to 08:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30 (siesta time!)
