The space The residential development where the apartment is located has more than 35,000 square meters of common areas, surrounded by lakes with ducks, turtles and assorted fish, two adult pools, one for small children, a soccer field and basketball court, paddle tennis, surrounded by vegetation, lakes, fountain and ducks that will be a delight for children and adults. Please note: The building's facade is being renovated, so the 2 terraces are affected, the workers are working from 8am to 3pm from Monday to Friday. Guest access Guests can access all community amenities, pool (June-July-August-September) exact opening date to be confirmed, paddle tennis court (reservation required), soccer and basketball court, and garden and children's area. The main terrace is being renovated by the rehabilitation of the facade, being affected at this time by said renovation.
