Free parking is available on neighbouring streets. The terrace itself is secluded with no cars. You will have to walk a few minutes from parking to the apartment. Parking is found in The PERMIT parking bays only and we do not have a dedicated parking space. There are four different streets to park on and you may have to go round them to find a space. Luggage can be dropped off prior to this by parking in Tesco on King st for a short time and using the back gate on the lane to come into the terrace. The gate is marked private but accessible to you. We are always happy to assist you park if need be so please just call and we can help. We understand that different countries can be confusing. Enhanced cleaning and flexible cancellation policy. We have invested in a cold fogging machine which sanitises each room after it has been cleaned. We will also leave out products for you to use throughout your stay. We do recommend washing your hands regularly esp if touching the books, mags etc. We use products from a Scottish based company who specialise in products which are both good for the planet and it’s inhabitants. Dew products - electrolysed water is 30 times more effective than bleach, but doesn’t harm us. We want to ensure that your stay and our community stays safe. We appreciate your cooperation. Guest access Enclosed Terraced garden with no cars. Other things to note Gas central heating throughout the apartment. Thermostat controlled by a silver dial on the left as you go in. Please turn down low when leaving and if you are going out for the day. The gas and electric are very expensive and it is wasteful to leave on. There is one electric fire in the bedroom. The Electric kettle for tea/coffee etc Please NEVER use this kettle on the stove/cooker. It is electric and has a little heat pad directly below it for heating the water inside. The hot water for the bath and shower is heated by the boiler so pls do not turn the boiler off. ( switch to left of boiler in Kitchen) There is a separate drying shed for hiking gear and drying your clothes. The tumble dryer and light switch for this is located behind the microwave in the kitchen. There is a light switch above the door as you go into the black drying shed. If you are visiting over the summer months or winter best to book restaurants ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment. Please see our guide for the ones we love. Strictly no smoking or vaping.
