Very bright 35m apartment with full bathroom. Fully equipped open kitchen. It has a large bed, sofa bed for a child, desk and table. New ikea furniture. In Rocafort one of the best residential areas in Valencia, 5 min. walking from the metro that connects to the center of Valencia in 15 min. Very well connected to Valencia airport and train station. 20 min. drive to Valencia Beach. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of my single family home. With direct access from the street and two large windows. We live on the top floor with always at the guest's disposal. We are in the center of Rocafort one of the best residential areas in Valencia. Very safe and quiet area for walking, with shops a 5-minute walk away and very well connected to Valencia by metro. Guest access On the ground floor there is laundry (washer and dryer) that can be used requesting permission from the property. The street is very quiet and you can park at the same door for free. There is a supermarket and grocery stores within a five-minute walk. We have bikes to get around the area. Other things to note We speak English. We are a family, the father of a university professor and the mother Abogada, with two children. We have experience in hosting foreign guests. In the last 10 years we have had 5 long-term students with whom we have a very good relationship. In the summer season we rent the apartment for short stays and holidays
