Upstairs the bedding configuration is a king, plus 2 singles with a cot; and downstairs there are 3 bedrooms (queen, queen & double). Please note that the single beds are designed for children, not suitable for adults. There are quilts & pillows supplied, you can bring your own linen or hire linen for your stay through the Country Getaways office. There is a child stair gate and cot and high chair provided. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee machine (bring your own Nespresso-compatible pods), dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with additional drinks fridge. Enjoy reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning plus ceiling fans in living rooms and main bedroom. Balgowan Rise has two outside dining areas, one upstairs on the balcony and one downstairs with a gas barbecue. It is a five minute walk to the red cliffs and the white sandy beaches of Balgowan. A 15 minute drive to the service centre of Maitland. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
