For those celebrating a special event, the Whalers Inn at the Bluff with its eye-popping northerly views over the bay to Victor should be considered too. For those who would like to be a little more action-oriented, Encounter Lake is perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding from its protected sandy beach. The Encounter bikeway goes all the way to Goolwa and passes through some outstanding scenery along the beaches…you won't get bored, that's for sure!
